As a Business Manager/Office Manager, you have overall responsibility for the operations at your office. Our primary focus is to be an attractive and thriving workplace while creating truly satisfied customers. In this role, you become a key person in driving development forward by motivating and engaging your team in a non-hierarchical, clear, and goal-oriented manner.

You lead the business forward with a clear growth focus, where you yourself work actively with customer assignments, upselling, and advisory services. Together with your team, you work on developing customer relationships, creating new business opportunities, and building a strong network that contributes to the long-term growth of the business.

You are expected to be a business-minded leader with a coaching approach – someone who listens, inspires, and shows the way. Continuous improvement work is central to us, and we are therefore looking for you who thrive in an environment where development is a natural part of everyday life.

An important part of your assignment is to support employee development and actively contribute to strengthening our culture. Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who find it easy to build trust – both in dialogue with employees and customers. You are a strong communicator who gladly takes the initiative for improvement and thrives in a role where you get to lead and develop teams. You drive the work forward with quality, clarity, and engagement, and you identify with our values of courage, care, and will. You also have a natural interest in building and nurturing relationships, are comfortable in networking contexts, and see opportunities to develop both existing and new customer contacts.

In addition, we would like you to have:

• Relevant education within accounting or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience working as an accounting consultant at a firm
• Comfortable with the K2 and K3 accounting standards
• An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to see opportunities
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is meritorious if you also have:

• Authorization as an accounting consultant
• Experience in developing businesses and creating growth through existing and new customer relationships.
• Experience in leadership with budget and personnel responsibility
• Experience in building and leading teams
• Experience with, and interest in, leading change and digitalization projects
