RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Business Developer, you will participate in the planning to ensure access to school facilities in Karlskrona Municipality. The work involves analyzing both short- and long-term needs, assessing existing facility resources, and developing and anchoring action proposals in collaboration with other departments.

You will work in a team together with project managers and business analysts to get a holistic view of the construction process from start to finish. This includes bringing together the department's work with the committee's facility supply plan, as well as producing needs analyses and participating in preliminary studies for upcoming projects. In close collaboration with department management and business managers, you will plan the work with facility supply in new production, reconstruction, as well as facility adaptation/restorations. In the role, you will become a connecting link that can transform the facilities' needs of the businesses into a function/business description and specification of requirements. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the department's facility resources are used optimally.

The position also involves driving the department's overall work regarding occupational health and safety issues. The position also includes business-specific administration and case processing based on emerging needs. You will prepare and report cases to the Knowledge Committee on an ongoing basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

We are looking for you with a university/college degree with a relevant focus. You should have property-related knowledge. It is meritorious if you have experience of project management.

Experience regarding corporate economic issues and pedagogical activities is meritorious. To thrive in the role, you should have experience of working in a politically governed organization. It is also meritorious if you have experience of compiling cases and reporting to the committee, both in writing and orally.
