Description

We are looking for you who have several years of experience in qualified HR work.

We are a small HR function where we work closely together with the mission to support and guide the authority's managers and employees within all HR areas. The role suits you if you thrive in a generalist role with varied tasks and want to work both operationally and strategically.

The HR function is part of the authority's management and operational support. The department consists of approximately 40 people and also includes economy, law, communication, operational security, and societal preparedness.

Responsibilities

Your main areas of responsibility are occupational health and safety issues, recruitment, employment law, as well as HR-related total defence issues such as staffing the wartime organization.

Your duties also include supporting and guiding managers, developing the authority's HR processes and working methods together with the HR Manager, as well as HR administration. You will also be responsible for our system tools.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

  • An academic degree in personnel science, behavioral science, or other education that the employer deems equivalent
  • Several years of experience in qualified HR work
  • Good knowledge of employment law
  • Experience in recruitment work
  • Experience in management support

It is meritorious if you have:

  • Experience working within the public sector
  • Experience with HR-related total defence issues

You enjoy working with many different tasks ranging from operational to more strategic work and have the ability to switch focus and be flexible in your working style.
