Biljönsson is looking for an Accountant in Karlshamn.

Biljönsson in Karlshamn is part of a stable corporate group in various business areas including locally produced fuels, vehicles, and the real estate sector, owned by the parent company Hermi Holding.

The foundation is laid and the conditions are good; we are now looking for an accountant with experience from the automotive or vehicle industry.

You will be a key person based in Karlshamn, and your workplace will be at our car company Biljönsson.

Job Responsibilities

In your role as an Accountant at Biljönsson in Karlshamn, you will work together with an engaged team where you primarily handle ongoing accounting. You need previous experience from the automotive or vehicle industry, a broad knowledge, and a good understanding of accounting and reporting. Your tasks will include completing monthly financial statements with accompanying reporting, account reconciliations, ongoing accounting, and other related tasks together with our team in Växjö.

Additionally, you will work with:

• Cash reconciliations
• Handling of payments
• Distributing supplier invoices to approvers in our business system
• Sending payment files to the bank and manual payments
• Supporting the service department in warranty and insurance matters
• Invoicing
• Documentation for payroll payments
• Monthly reconciliations and reconciliation with external parties
• Support to the workshop and parts department regarding invoices
• Debt collection
• Occasional IT tasks

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS

You will work within a smaller company and finance department, which means flexibility in both tasks and working hours. You should be able to take initiative, work independently, and enjoy communicating with customers, suppliers, and colleagues in a winning manner!

We are looking for someone with an education in finance or equivalent. Additionally, you have at least three years of work experience in a similar role within the automotive or vehicle industry where you independently master the mentioned tasks.

Good experience with business systems and Excel is a requirement.
