Summer Job in HR

Are you studying Personnel, HR, or a similar field – or do you perhaps already have some experience in the profession?

Adecco is now looking for an engaged and curious summer worker who wants to develop within HR and gain practical experience at one of the world's leading recruitment and staffing companies. You will be part of a small, local, and efficient team in Karlskrona, where you will work closely with the business and learn broadly.

Period: May to early August

Scope: Part-time, approx. 50%, with possible opportunities for extra work in the fall

Location: Pottholmen, Karlskrona

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to see several parts of the HR work related to our hired consultants around the region. The work is varied and suits you who want to learn more about both recruitment and staffing.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Working with consultant management tasks, e.g., hiring, scheduling, and time reporting
• Participating in recruitment processes, such as writing job ads, reviewing CVs, making selections, and managing candidates
• Assisting in personnel matters and supporting consultants with questions regarding their employment and development

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Self-driven and responsible
• Structured and meticulous, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Communicative and relationship-building, as you will be in contact with clients, consultants, and candidates
• Curious, engaged, and interested in HR and recruitment
• Motivated to grow and develop professionally
