Region Blekinge's health centers are part of the Primary Care sector.

Residents of Blekinge who fall ill turn directly to the health centers and gain access to healthcare that does not require hospital resources. Care is provided in all the county's towns, at several smaller locations, and sometimes in patients' homes. Our goal is to be a modern outpatient care provider where teamwork and patients' needs are at the center.

Sölvesborg Health Center is one of the health centers included in Hälsoval Blekinge. Approximately 35 employees from various professions work together as a team at the center. We have approximately 9,200 registered patients of various ages. We are located in close proximity to bus and train stations, offering excellent commuting opportunities. As an employee within Region Blekinge, you are offered a wellness allowance and the opportunity to use fitness facilities.

About the Job

We are seeking a medical secretary with a strong interest in various administrative tasks who also enjoys interacting with people. The work as a medical secretary with us is varied and includes, among other things, medical documentation, printing of medical records, certificates, referrals, and letters from dictation. Reception work is part of the role. With us, you will find experienced colleagues and independent, varied tasks.

About You

You are an educated medical secretary. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, medical terminology, and preferably English. Experience working as a medical secretary and experience with the healthcare system Cosmic are considered assets.

Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills and appreciate varied tasks. You have a positive attitude and contribute to a good working environment. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

Region Blekinge places all permanent staff in wartime roles. Some of our positions are security-classified, requiring the employee to undergo a security clearance interview and registry check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
