About the assignment

You will be part of a large and exciting construction project related to an expansive industrial initiative in Karlskrona. Here, you will play a central role in the project team and contribute to ensuring that everything runs smoothly both administratively and practically.

Your tasks:

As a construction administrator, you will work broadly and variably with:

• Establishing purchase orders and budget monitoring

• Invoice management and financial follow-up

• Documentation and monitoring of gate processes

• Follow-up of purchases, subcontractors, and logistics

• Monitoring of changes, schedules, and payment plans

• Deviation management and protocol writing

• Administrative support and registration

In short – you are an important link that keeps order among people, processes, and numbers.

Your profile

We believe you have:

• A university degree in civil engineering or equivalent

• Experience as a project or construction engineer, preferably from larger construction projects

• An analytical and self-driven personality

• A positive attitude, initiative, and a solution-oriented approach
