About Us

As a medical secretary at the emergency clinic, you are always at the center of events. We operate 24/7, every day of the year, with an average of approximately 100 patients per day.

We document for several different clinics, which provides broad competence and professional skill.

Being at the forefront of developing our work and utilizing each other's competencies is a given for us. Therefore, we have our own areas of responsibility, such as disaster and trauma management, where we control the process ourselves and work together with different professional categories.

At the emergency clinic, we are all equally important, and we work together with different professions to provide the best possible emergency care to our patients.

About the Job

In addition to the classic and important work, as well as described above, we also perform the following:

• During on-call hours, we write acute operation reports, admissions, and discharge summaries for various clinics.
• We work in the healthcare system Cosmic.
• We handle patient registration during special events and conduct crisis and disaster exercises every year.
• We are an engaged work group with high involvement in the development of the operation.
• We are staffed 24/7, which means that when a shift ends, another colleague takes over and continues the work. Thus, no work is left waiting until you are back on duty.
• The position involves shifts during the day, evening, weekend, and night. However, night shifts only begin once you feel completely secure in your work and ready.

About You

We are looking for someone who wants to work at an emergency department!

You must have a vocational education as a medical secretary or equivalent.

As a person, you are positive, flexible, service-oriented, and you enjoy being part of the healthcare chain. You thrive working in a team and enjoy workdays with variation. We have days with low demand on emergency care and days with extremely high demand.
