We are now looking for a service-oriented customer service representative with financial understanding who wants to combine customer contact with business thinking – and join us on our continued growth journey.

Your role with us

· Daily customer contact via phone, email, and chat, providing fast and professional service.

· Handling invoices, including disputes, credit notes, payments, and follow-up of cases.

· Administration related to customer and finance processes.

· Reminder management and follow-up of overdue invoices.

· Collaboration with internal departments to ensure smooth and correct workflows.

· Contributing to the development and improvement of routines and customer experience.

· Handling simpler financial reconciliations and controls.

Who you are

We believe you are a social and driven person who thrives in a role with extensive customer contact. You have a natural business mindset, are analytical, and have a basic understanding of finance.

The phone is one of your primary work tools, and you feel confident communicating professionally and solution-oriented in every interaction. You have the ability to see both the big picture and the details, take initiative, and contribute to the team's collective success.

Education or experience in finance, as well as good knowledge of the Office package, is considered an asset.

The position is full-time (100%) with a start date according to agreement. Working hours are weekdays from 08:00 to 16:30.
