Region Blekinge's organization is divided into six areas of responsibility, one of which is Development and IT, where the position of program administrator is located.
Within this area, there are consolidated resources in planning, digitization, information technology, research, quality and development, portfolio and project management, public health, environment, and sustainability. Development and IT also supports the entire region with program and project managers for large strategic and complex region-wide programs/projects.
Over the next ten years, we will develop new working methods and technology and build new facilities to meet future needs for care and support. Region Blekinge is planning several major property investments in healthcare – an initiative that strengthens Region Blekinge's development and provides real community benefit.

About the Job
As a project administrator for the New Hospital Areas in Blekinge (NSB) program, your primary task is to support the program and its constituent projects. The program is in a development phase, where you as a project administrator will play an important and central role in building up the new organization. You will be part of the program office where, in addition to supporting the program manager, you will also support the project managers of the main projects.
The program's mission includes, among other things, healthcare buildings, service buildings, buildings for technical infrastructure, medical technology equipment, procurement, and new processes and working methods.
In your role, you will be responsible for:
- document management – filing and structuring project documentation
- meeting administration, invitations, minutes, and follow-up
- staffing management
- practical support and coordination
The position offers good opportunities for responsibility and provides you with the opportunity for personal development. In addition to your main assignment, you are also expected to support the program in developing processes and work routines.
About You
We welcome you who have previous experience in coordinating projects, preferably related to finance, construction, technical installations, or healthcare environments.
We are looking for someone who has:
- a university and/or YH education, or other education that the employer deems relevant
- several years of work experience in similar roles with experience from complex programs/projects, or other experience that the employer deems equivalent
- good system skills in document management
- good IT skills
It is an advantage if you have:
- experience in healthcare's working methods and processes
- experience in property issues, work environment issues, and local supply issues
- experience working in a politically governed organization
- education in project methodology or basic certification
As a person, you are responsible, structured, flexible, and a good listener. The position places high demands on your communication and document management skills. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented, proactive, and a clear pedagogical communicator who enjoys reporting project status to various groups.
To be successful in the role, you are a good relationship builder who sees opportunities in change rather than obstacles and problems.

About Development and IT
Region Blekinge's organization is divided into six areas of responsibility, one of which is development and IT. Here, there are consolidated resources in planning, digitization, information technology, research, quality and development, public health, environment, and sustainability. The area also manages the patient board's office. The area manages and develops, among other things, the organization's work related to technical services, management systems, process-oriented working methods, and portfolio architecture, technology, and information management. There is also the Blekinge Competence Center, which is responsible for Region Blekinge's medical library, learning center, R&D agreements, the scientific council, and other research activities.
The Digitalization Unit has a strategic overarching responsibility for coordination, environmental monitoring and analysis, planning, and development within the area of digitization. The Digitalization Unit consists of two departments, the e-services department and the digital strategies department, with a total of 30 employees.
