About Us

Do you want to help shape the future of digital healthcare in Region Blekinge? We are looking for a driven and independent coordinator for digital healthcare development and collaboration who wants to play a central role in developing work methods, supporting programs, and strengthening cooperation between operations, IT, and management.

About the Job

As a coordinator, you have a central and trusted role in Region Blekinge's work with digital healthcare development. You act as a hub between programs, line organization, and operations, working closely with the program manager, development and IT director, and other management functions.

Your mission is to create structure, context, and progress in complex issues. You contribute to ensuring that the work is conducted according to established methods and project models, with good planning, clear documentation, and order in decision-making and collaboration processes.

The role involves both operational and coordinating work at a strategic level, with significant personal responsibility and a requirement for good judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and Coordination:
    • Plan, book, and coordinate meetings, forums, and activities
    • Monitor timelines, milestones, and deadlines
    • Coordinate planning between programs, IT, operations, and management
    • Provide qualified administrative support to program management and directors
  • Documentation, Structure, and Quality:
    • Prepare and quality assure meeting materials, minutes, reports, and decision documents
    • Ensure structure, order, and traceability in documentation and decision logs
    • Contribute to common methods for follow-up and reporting
  • Support in Governance, Governance, and Project Work:
    • Support work in steering groups and management forums
    • Contribute to order in complex decision-making and governance processes
    • Work in line with established project and program models, such as PPS
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Facilitate information flows between different actors and stakeholders
    • Support the development of presentations, mailings, and communication materials
    • Contribute to good collaboration internally and externally
  • Finance, Administration, and Follow-up:
    • Handle invoices, orders, and administrative follow-up
    • Support contract management and delivery follow-up
  • Handovers and Integration:
    • Create structure for handovers between programs and line organization
    • Coordinate activities between IT and operations during transitions to management

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A university degree in a relevant field for the assignment or other education that the employer deems equivalent
  • Experience in similar roles, such as qualified administrative work, coordination, development work, or management support
  • Experience from public operations is an advantage

  • Independent and confident in taking responsibility for both the big picture and details
  • Structured and meticulous, with a strong ability to create order in complex contexts
  • Driven and proactive, but with good judgment and a sense of context
  • Flexible and stable even when multiple processes are running in parallel
  • Collaborative, service-oriented, and accustomed to working closely with managers and leadership functions
  • Communicative and clear, with a very good ability to express yourself in writing

About Development and IT

Region Blekinge's organization is divided into six areas of responsibility, one of which is development and IT. Here, there are consolidated resources in planning, digitization, information technology, research, quality and development, public health, environment, and sustainability. The area also includes the office of the patient board. The area manages and develops, among other things, the organization's work related to technical services, management systems, process-oriented working methods, and portfolio, architecture, technology, and information management. There is also the Blekinge Competence Center, which is responsible for Region Blekinge's medical library, learning center, R&D agreements, the scientific council, and other research activities.
