ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of technical communicator, you will coordinate project efforts and perform qualified technical communication work. You will belong to a department responsible for ensuring that products have high availability and can be maintained efficiently, which includes having the right spare parts, tools, and updated documentation available.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

The role involves being responsible for producing, coordinating, and quality-assuring technical documentation that is critical for the products' operational reliability and maintenance efficiency.

Coordinate project efforts for technical information.
Create and produce technical product information.
Develop interactive and digital publications in collaboration with colleagues.
Compile printed materials that describe safe and efficient handling.
Ensure that the documentation reflects adequate maintenance of the customer's products and services.
Work with XML for the production of technical documentation.
Be responsible for meeting set goals within the work area.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has an engineering or other technical education
Has at least 3 years of experience in the field of technical information
Has excellent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written
Has experience with XML, Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Creo Illustrate
Has advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of the S1000D regulation.
