We are now looking for one (or more) election employees for the Social Democrats in Blekinge.

We are building the team for the 2026 election and are looking for you who want to be part of the journey towards victory!

This is a job for you who enjoy speed and variety, meeting people, and seeing the results of your work. You will work closely with politicians, members, and voters – and be an important part of the effort to win people's trust for a fairer and more equal future.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT

The position is broad and varied. You will be part of a small but strong team at our party district in Blekinge, where we all help each other.

You will, among other things:

- Plan and implement campaigns and activities throughout Blekinge

- Work with administration

- Contribute to our communication – especially in digital channels

- Recruit, support, and train election workers

- Collaborate with elected representatives, members, and union friends

In short, you will help build the team that will win the election in 2026!

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, curious, and enjoys working with others. You don’t need to know everything from the start, but you want to learn, thrive on responsibility, and have a heart to the left.

We want you to:

- Be communicative, structured, and flexible

- Be able to plan, drive, and organize your work

- Have an easy time collaborating and inspiring others

- Be able to express yourself well in speech and writing

- Have a B driver's license and access to a car

Of course, you share the values of the Social Democrats.

It is a plus if you have experience in:

- Political or union work

- Communication or campaign work

- Engagement in ideologically driven organizations

But the most important thing is that you are the right person; we are looking for people with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Extent: Full-time, or by agreement

Employment form: Fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension

Start date: As soon as possible

Working hours: Goal-oriented working hours – evening and weekend work may occur

Location: Karlskrona (travel throughout Blekinge included)

Salary: According to collective agreement (Folk Movement Agreement, Fremia–Handels)
