About Us
The HR area was created through centralization in early 2025, and we are currently in an exciting development phase.
In the future, we will develop our working methods and clarify roles and responsibilities to work more efficiently and equitably towards the operations.
The HR area has two HR departments, one focused on healthcare and the other on regional development and the areas of the regional council. The departments have a broad mandate to ensure operational HR support while also contributing to the development of strategic HR work in the area.
About the Job
As an HR partner, you will work closely with Region Blekinge's overall management groups on both strategic and operational HR issues. You will coordinate and lead HR processes regarding workforce supply, salary formation, labor law, work environment, analysis, and follow-up. Furthermore, you will be a close support to management in matters related to change management, leadership, and organizational development. In your role, you are also expected to create good conditions for collaboration and good relationships with our union partners.
You report to the HR manager, and as an HR partner, you have a coordination responsibility for HR consultants within your area of operations, whom you work closely with and mentor as needed. You create added value and contribute to the organization achieving its set goals by providing advice and support and managing and coordinating issues and assignments within the HR area. An important part of the assignment will be to contribute to the work of developing our processes, working methods, and roles to create even better HR support for the operations in Region Blekinge.
Region Blekinge places all permanent staff in wartime service.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- a university degree in HR, including labor law, or equivalent education and experience that we deem suitable
- good knowledge of Swedish and the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing
- at least 3 years of work experience in qualified HR work
A driving license (B) is desirable.
It is an advantage if you have experience from the public sector. We would also like you to have experience in leading employees and coordinating HR processes.

You are grounded in your HR knowledge and have the ability to create good, professional relationships and can adapt your message depending on who the recipient is. You can work independently but also find it rewarding to work in a team. It is important that you can structure and plan your work while also being able to listen to the organization's various challenges to constructively manage and resolve issues that arise. It is valuable that you are innovative and see opportunities to improve working methods and our operations through digital innovative solutions.
