The Staffing Unit plays a central role in the municipality and is responsible for staffing substitutes within home care, care and nursing homes, as well as support for people with disabilities under both LSS and SoL. We also work with strategic staffing issues, schedule planning, and the development of working methods that create stability and quality in the operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of staffing coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate and plan staffing for our operations both in daily work and from a long-term perspective. You will work closely with unit managers to ensure that working time regulations are followed and that schedules are sustainable, effective, and contribute to good continuity.
  • Manage absences and vacancies, including temporary and permanent staffing needs as well as longer substitutes.
  • Follow up and analyze the staffing situation through statistics, reports, and financial data, always focusing on quality and compliance with legislation.
  • Work in our operational systems, such as TimeCare Pool, TimeCare Planning, Visma, and Klipp.
  • Coordinate APL placements, including contact with schools and other partners.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with hourly employees and contribute to a safe and positive introduction.
  • Participate in the development of working methods and routines for staffing and resource allocation with the goal of creating a modern, efficient, and sustainable staffing organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a relevant high school education, preferably with an administrative, economic, or social focus.
  • Has experience in coordination, scheduling, or administrative work.
  • Is used to working digitally and has good knowledge of planning and operational systems.
  • Works in a structured manner, is solution-oriented, and remains calm even during periods of high workload.
  • Communicates clearly and finds it easy to collaborate with others.
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Has a B driver's license.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and consider it an advantage if you have experience in care and support, LSS operations, or other municipal care.

To be considered for a position within the care and nursing administration in Ronneby municipality, a police record extract must be presented. HVB homes. Normal processing time is about two weeks. Please remember to order the extract in good time.
