About Us

The primary care includes the healthcare centers, youth clinics, and wound centers of Region Blekinge.

Residents of Blekinge who become ill turn directly to the healthcare centers for access to health and medical care that does not require hospital resources. Care is provided in all cities of the county, in several smaller locations, and sometimes in homes. Our goal is to be a modern outpatient care where teamwork and patients' needs are at the center.

Samaritan's healthcare center is part of Hälsoval, and here we are about 60 employees in various professions working together to meet our more than 17,000 registered patients of all ages. We are also a training healthcare center for doctors. We have specialist nurse clinics in diabetes, asthma/COPD, and child health care. The healthcare center is environmentally certified. Karlshamn's emergency center is under Samaritan's healthcare center. BVC Linden and Mörrumsfilialen are also operated under Samaritan's healthcare center.

The healthcare center is part of a project called RAK (Right Use of Competence) where we have started an exciting development work to utilize competencies in the best possible way, and you will be given great opportunities for various development work.

The Job

The work as a receptionist with us at Samariten includes reception work as well as being able to assist with administration. With us, you will have experienced colleagues and independent tasks. The following is included in the work:

  • Sit at the reception, register and collect payment for booked visits.
  • Answer questions (No medical questions should be answered by us.)
  • Handle mail.
  • Copy and replenish forms.
  • Keep track and replenish brochures/forms in the waiting room.
  • Update binders and registers.
  • Various other tasks included in reception work.
  • As time allows, other tasks may also be added to make the workday meaningful.

About You

You who are applying should have a high school education or another similar education that the employer considers equivalent. You need to be structured, responsible, and solution-focused.

Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills and appreciate varied tasks. You have a positive attitude and contribute to a good work climate.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Some of our positions are security classified where the employee must undergo a security clearance interview and background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
