We are looking for a technical communicator for an assignment in an industrial environment, focusing on creating clear and quality-assured operator instructions. The material is developed iteratively through close collaboration with the business, where you gather input, structure content, and ensure that the information is correct, easy to understand, and tailored for different target groups. The instructions are created in PowerPoint and managed in relevant templates and systems.

• Create and update operator instructions (currently in PowerPoint)
• Gather input through interviews, photography, and handling of images and text
• Structure and formulate technical information for good readability and understanding
• Work in relevant templates and systems for documentation
• Coordinate reviews and drive the process towards approval together with relevant stakeholders

• Experience working as a technical communicator in the industry
• Knowledge of the Machinery Directive and machine safety
• Good knowledge of Office programs
• Ability to work in a structured, systematic, and meticulous manner
• Ability to analyze and develop content and structure in technical information
• Good language and formulation skills with a sense of language style and information flow
• Ability to interact and communicate with many different stakeholders
• Strong self-drive and ability to work independently

• Experience presenting information tailored for different target groups
