The Job

Your mission is to analyze, develop, and coordinate overarching logistics issues within the organization. You support both the operational and strategic levels and are a key person in the work to streamline flows of materials, services, and information – always with the patient in focus. As a strategist, you work on behalf of the psychiatric unit managers and are part of the psychiatric steering group.

Your main tasks:

Drive the work with production and capacity management
Drive and develop strategies for logistics within psychiatry
Initiate and lead projects related to resource efficiency and sustainability
Map and analyze logistical flows, needs, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with care units, procurement functions, and external actors

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

Relevant academic education
Experience in strategic work within logistics, preferably in healthcare or the public sector
The ability to analyze complex systems and propose solutions
Good collaboration and communication skills.
Experience in change management and business development is an advantage
