The Women's Clinic is a regional clinic and the patient administration, which serves the entire clinic, is located in Karlskrona.

We work for the gynecological outpatient clinic, maternity ward, antenatal unit, postpartum and gynecology department, specialist maternal care, and women's health care, which are available in all five municipalities of the county.

About the Job

We are now expanding our secretary group and are looking for you who are a trained medical secretary.

As a medical secretary at the Women's Clinic in Karlskrona, you will work with:

Care documentation in Cosmic and Obstetrix
Management of waiting lists and referrals
Scheduling
Certificates and test results
Phone and mail handling
Diagnosis/KVÅ coding
Quality registers in GynOp
Statistics

At the Women's Clinic, you will have a stimulating and varied job as a medical secretary. You will be part of a team of a total of 11 people. We have a varied work environment with rotation and the possibility of remote work. All secretaries have their own areas of responsibility.

About You

We are looking for someone who has completed a YH education to become a medical secretary or equivalent education that the employer considers equivalent.

Coding training and experience working as a medical secretary is an advantage. We prefer that you are positive, flexible, service-oriented, have an easy time collaborating, and are not afraid to take your own initiative. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
