Do you have several years of experience managing the entire recruitment process?

We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Specialist for our Talent Attraction team! The position is a temporary contract for about 1 year.

Your role as a Recruitment Specialist at NKT

You will be part of a team with a high service level and great commitment. In the role of Recruitment Specialist, you will manage the entire recruitment processes across various departments. This includes defining requirement profiles, posting job advertisements, screening applications, conducting interviews, background checks, reference checks, and personality assessments.

You will work closely with department heads and act as a sounding board and point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process. You will also collaborate closely with other recruitment specialists and HR business partners. Additionally, you will be part of our global and local Employer Branding efforts. Together with your colleagues, you will play an important role in strengthening the brand and attracting more talents to NKT and Karlskrona.

In a constantly evolving world, it is important to be adaptable and have an organized approach to managing each recruitment. You are motivated by a varied workload, many different contacts, and good collaboration. You are committed to improving the department's processes and generously share your experiences.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience managing the entire recruitment process
• Ability to conduct interviews and assessments
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
