RESPONSIBILITIES

As an administrator in the Department of Learning and Health, you will provide administrative support to the department's managers and officials. Your tasks will include managing administrative systems, basic financial management, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks within the knowledge administration that fall within the scope of the assignment. System administration primarily focuses on PMO, journal management, and archiving student records. Purchasing mother tongue education and coordinating the companies that the knowledge administration collaborates with, handling internal information, and providing support materials to the mother tongue teachers at Language Center.

QUALIFICATIONS

You should have completed high school education in a relevant field. You have previous experience working with digital systems and possess a good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing. It is an advantage if you have prior experience with record-keeping.

You are structured, organized, and have the ability to prioritize and coordinate to achieve both short- and long-term goals.
