Do you want to be part of taking our administration team to new heights? We are looking for a payroll administrator to complete our wonderful team. Today, the team consists of a CFO, accountant, and administrator. We work closely together and enjoy tackling problems and questions as a team.

In the role of payroll administrator with us, you will have the opportunity to work broadly with administration and issues related to payroll and to some extent HR. Your work will encompass two companies with two different business areas. Your main tasks will include:

• Ongoing payroll and personnel administration
• Handling employment matters and employment contracts
• Developing and managing routines and instructions
• Supporting managers and employees in payroll-related questions
• Administration of occupational pension (ITP) and insurance-related tasks
• Interpreting collective agreements related to various types of calculations for absence and vacation management
• Reporting and contact with various authorities and external parties
• Ongoing preparation of various documents and statistics
• Other office administration at the headquarters

About you

You have an education in payroll and/or several years of experience in a similar role in a larger organization that has given you a deep understanding of payroll processes and regulations. It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of Excel and the Office suite. Previous experience working with Kontek payroll is a plus.

To fit into this role, we believe that you are meticulous and analytical, and that you are driven to develop and streamline work processes. The work as a payroll administrator goes in cycles and has a sometimes high pace, so it is important that you have the ability to work methodically and prioritize tasks based on deadlines. You will have overall responsibility for Pelmatic's payroll process, so it is important that you are self-driven and good at organizing your work efficiently. You feel comfortable handling certain HR issues with support from other managers in the organization.
