Quality Officer at F 17

F 17 is looking for a quality officer to support the quality manager in quality assurance and development of the operations. The majority of the role focuses on military aviation, with a smaller portion directed towards land and maritime safety. In this role, you will report to the quality manager and be part of the wing management team as support to the wing commander. The role involves both follow-up and control as well as development and support to the operations in the practical application of quality work, which requires good communication and collaboration skills and a responsiveness to the organization's needs.

Main Responsibilities

Support the quality manager in:

• Coordinating external inspections of F 17 operations and ensuring that the outcomes are addressed.
• Planning and conducting internal audits of F 17 operations by participating as an auditor and ensuring that the outcomes are addressed.
• Managing and developing the F 17 management system.
• Managing and developing quality work at F 17 and Ronneby garrison.
• Monitoring changes in regulations and analyzing potential impacts on F 17 and its internal controls.
• Coordinating flight safety reporting at the wing level.
• Coordinating proposal management within the wing.
• Leading projects for quality assurance and development of structures and methods.

Qualifications

• Quality education or other post-secondary education or experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Driver's license B (manual transmission).

Desirable

• FM auditor training or other training or experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Good knowledge of regulations and standards within civil and/or military aviation.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint.

Civil position.
Employment type: Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.
Employment rate: Full-time.
Work location: Ronneby.
Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement.
The position involves participation in training and educational activities as well as undertaking business trips.
You will be required to complete Basic Soldier Training (GSU) to be able to serve in a wartime position under all readiness levels.
