JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Budget and Debt Advisor, you will meet people who have fallen into financial difficulties and cannot pay their debts or manage their personal finances. The work involves collaborating with individuals to identify and clarify the possibilities for change. Assisting with applications for debt restructuring or other agreements is a significant part of the job.

Currently, there are two budget and debt advisors working with us.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in social work or behavioral science, or equivalent education deemed suitable by the employer. Previous experience in the field is an advantage. You have experience working with people in crisis, and as a person, you are structured, pedagogical, and service-oriented. Great emphasis will be placed on collaboration skills and personal suitability. You should be able to meet people with respect, based on their diverse needs, and have good written communication skills. A driver's license (B) is required.
