About Us

The HR area was created through a centralization at the beginning of 2025, and we are currently in an exciting development phase.

In the future, we will develop our working methods and clarify roles and responsibilities to work more efficiently and equitably towards the operations.

The HR area has two HR departments, one focused on healthcare and the other on regional development and the areas of the regional council. The departments have a broad mandate to ensure operational HR support while also contributing to the development of strategic HR work in the area.

About the Job

With us, you will work with the entire breadth of HR work towards one or more operations.

Using a consultative approach, you will support managers by providing advice and assistance in HR-related questions and tasks. You will encounter varying issues, including labor law, competence supply, work environment, wage formation, analysis, and follow-up.

You will work closely with others in HR, the managers of the operations, and union partners to develop HR issues at various levels in the organization.

About You

You have a consultative approach and the ability to create trusting professional relationships, as well as adapt your message and approach based on the current situation. A prerequisite for functioning in this role is that you enjoy working both independently and in teams. It is important that you can structure and plan your work while also being able to listen to the organization's various challenges to constructively manage and resolve issues that arise. It is valuable that you are innovative and see opportunities to improve working methods through, among other things, digital solutions.

We are looking for someone who has:

• a university degree in HR, including labor law, or equivalent education and experience that we deem suitable
• good knowledge of Swedish and the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing

A driver's license (B) is desirable.

It is an advantage if you have experience working with qualified HR issues and if you have experience from public operations, preferably within the municipal/regional sector and knowledge of applicable collective agreements.
