About the position
As we are a small, dynamic, and unpretentious team, your tasks may vary greatly.
Job Description
Your primary area of responsibility will be everything related to financial administration at Nordic, such as: Ongoing bookkeeping, transfers and reconciliations, Monthly and annual financial statements, Supplier invoices, Customer invoices, Invoicing and payments, VAT reporting, Reporting to various authorities, Producing reports such as cash flow, invoicing summaries, etc.
Payroll administration, Monthly payroll processing, Reporting to Fora, Reporting to the Tax Agency AGI, Employer certificates, etc., Payroll system FortNox.
The financial part is approximately a part-time position, with additional administrative tasks within the company. For example, supporting the Purchasing Department administratively and other ongoing administrative work that occurs in a company.
This full-time position is located in the historic Bräkne-Hoby, just outside Ronneby. Nordic is close to the community's main road and has easy access to nature for those who want to enjoy a little extra during their lunch walk.
This is not a role for you if you want every day to look the same. You should enjoy changes in pace and working independently with full responsibility for your specific tasks and, when time allows, finding what needs to be done.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience working in an accounting system. Experience working in a payroll system. Comfortable with numbers, administration, and regulatory knowledge. Approved high school diploma in a relevant field for the position. Good Excel skills and fluent English in both spoken and written form are required.

We are looking for someone who easily connects with different types of people, is inspiring and instills confidence, and who is more of a workhorse than a peacock.
