Would you like to work within the Social and Functional Support Administration in Olofström? We are now looking for an engaged and structured colleague for our administrative unit.
As a fee administrator, you will have a varied and responsible role. Your work directly contributes to ensuring lawful and accurate fee management for the municipality's residents.
In addition to fee administration, other administrative tasks are included, providing you with a broad and developing role. You will also staff the social services reception and be an important contact point for citizens, colleagues, and partners.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include fee administration, ensuring that the municipality's residents receive lawful and accurate fee decisions in accordance with applicable legislation.
The work is based on the Social Services Act and includes processing, investigation, calculation, and decision-making regarding fees for home care, special housing, and functional support. You are responsible for ensuring that decisions are lawful, well-documented, and made within given time frames.
You play a central role in communication with residents, assistance administrators, service providers, and colleagues within the municipality. Through professional and clear communication, you inform and guide on issues related to fees, decisions, and invoicing.
The position also includes staffing the social services reception. Here, you represent the authority in the first meeting with citizens and partners. The role requires a confident, service-oriented approach where you can handle various types of cases in a structured and professional manner. Other administrative tasks may also occur.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a relevant high school education. Post-secondary education in public administration is an advantage.
You should have good computer skills and be comfortable working with various operational systems. Experience with the Lifecare system is particularly advantageous.
The work requires that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You have the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work in a structured and efficient manner while meeting deadlines.
As a person, you are collaborative, calm, and professional in your interactions. You are attentive and accommodating, have good judgment, and can adapt your approach based on the situation and individual. You focus on the individual, listen actively, and are receptive to different needs and perspectives.
