HF Karlskrona is looking for an engaged and driven business developer with revenue responsibility for the office in Karlskrona.

In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to combine business acumen with the values of association life. You will be an important part of the work to make HF Karlskrona an even stronger partner for the business community and an even better experience for the audience and supporters.

You will be responsible for developing the association's revenue through business development, sales, and commercial collaborations. You will work closely with colleagues at the office, volunteers, and the association's partners to create long-term relationships and sustainable revenue streams.

As a business developer and partner manager, you will work both strategically and operationally.

Examples of tasks:

• Identify, establish, and negotiate new collaboration agreements

• Develop and nurture existing partner collaborations

• Identify and develop new revenue streams, for example, within digital solutions, events, and services.

• Develop a more data-driven approach to sales, both B2B and B2C

• Be responsible for and further develop the association's system support, such as CRM ticket systems and digital lotteries.

• Support volunteers in revenue-generating activities.

This is a role for you who enjoy building long-term and see the value in collaboration, relationships, and structure.

Of course, you enjoy sports, especially handball. Perhaps you have been active yourself or engaged in association life before.

As a person, you are confident, relationship-building, and clear in your communication. You are self-driven, take responsibility, and thrive in an environment where a lot is happening. You are an unpretentious team player who is happy to help where needed while focusing on finding new innovative ways to make the association successful.

We believe you see the big picture and understand the connection between business, relationships, and the association's goals. You have the drive to make things happen while having the patience to build sustainably over time.

Here you can be both professional and personal – and contribute with both competence and commitment. In addition to the above, we wish for the following experience and competence

• Relevant work experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.

• Good computer skills and system competence, preferably experience with CRM systems.

• Driving license B.

Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English

HF Karlskrona is one of Blekinge's largest sports associations and southeastern Sweden's largest handball club. We have over 1000 members, of which nearly 700 are children and youth. We have elite activities for both women and men, development teams linked to them, para-handball, and handball for seniors (+65).
