In the role of Administrator and Transport Planner, you will have an important role with many different contact paths both internally and externally. You will support and be involved in several different parts of the business, for example:

• Act as backup to our customer service
• Manage incoming customer assignments
• Follow up and confirm completed assignments and documentation
• Administer deviations in incoming deliveries
• Some weight administration and order reception
• Archiving and inventory

A large part of the role also consists of transport planning, where you will be a key person in planning and route optimizing the transports for your geography.

We are looking for someone who is an unpretentious team player with a drive to support and facilitate the business. To be considered for the position, we require you to have fluent knowledge of Swedish and basic knowledge of English, both spoken and written, possess a B driver's license, and have good computer skills. We consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in the waste and transport industry, preferably within the environmental and recycling sector.
