The Labor Market Administration is an operation within Karlskrona municipality where we have a strong willingness to change and work with a high degree of participation throughout the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a strategist, you play a key role in ensuring the quality of the processing processes and ensuring that the work is carried out according to our management systems. You provide support to both unit managers and caseworkers, contributing with expertise, training, and environmental monitoring.

As a strategist, you are responsible for developing and improving work processes in close collaboration with the department head and unit managers. You conduct quality follow-ups and provide support to caseworkers based on a process-oriented approach.

Your role also includes planning and implementing training initiatives to create understanding of the overall mission. You follow legal developments, analyze new judgments, and ensure that knowledge is disseminated within the organization.

You handle and are an important support in appeals and reviews, as well as being responsible for the introduction of new employees in relevant statutory areas.

Your role also includes being a representative for the division in various local and national projects.

You are part of the department's management team and report to the department head.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have an analytical and development-oriented approach to work, good collaboration skills, and a genuine interest in contributing to societal benefit. You are confident in your competence and enjoy being a support for others.

We see that you have experience with similar tasks, preferably within public operations with authority exercise.

A bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: social sciences, law, behavioral sciences.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in developing processes and ensuring quality in processing.
• Ability to analyze and implement legal developments in practical work.
• Good knowledge of legislation related to financial assistance and labor market issues.
