Do you enjoy creating solutions that make customers happy?

As a colleague in Operations, you will use your commitment to customer service to solve problems and create positive customer experiences. You will handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, administer them in our system, and drive them forward with a focus on customer satisfaction. The role may also include outgoing calls.

Together in the team, we work towards common goals – short response times, high customer satisfaction, and smooth processes. We value collaboration and that everyone actively contributes to our collective success.

Who are you?

- You have experience from the telecom industry, and previous work with a mobile operator is considered a strong plus.

- You have completed high school education, preferably supplemented with university studies in areas such as economics or IT.

- You are outgoing, positive, and enjoy making a difference for customers through good service.

- You have a natural talent for solving problems and creating positive customer experiences. 

- You are meticulous, engaged, and ready to make an effort where needed. 

- You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.

- You have good IT skills and keep yourself updated on new technology in the field of telephony and computers. You are interested in learning new things in the area.

- You enjoy development, contribute ideas and engagement, and have a desire to find improvements in operations and work methods.
