ScanBox is looking for a business-driven and engaged Business Controller to strengthen the Finance function in Olofström!

As a Business Controller at ScanBox, you will influence strategic decisions, develop BI tools and KPIs, and work closely with management. As a Business Controller at Scanbox, you will hold a central position in the organization. Your task is to analyze, explain, and clarify the financial relationships behind Scanbox's operations – from production and supply chain to sales and marketing. You will be a partner to both the CEO and management, where your insights and recommendations directly contribute to the business strategy.

You will be responsible for developing budgeting and forecasting processes together with the group accounting manager, leading the implementation of BI tools, and producing business-related KPIs that help understand where profitability lies and how it can be strengthened. The role is broad and varied; you will be both a meticulous analyst and a pedagogical communicator who makes complex relationships understandable and useful for others.

Examples of tasks:

• Analyze sales data and identify profitability by region, customer segment, and channel.
• Participate in business meetings with sales, marketing, and production to integrate insights into decisions.
• Develop dashboards in the BI tool used in management meetings and operational forums.
• Support process owners in understanding and acting on their KPIs.
• Prepare Business Cases for product development projects and financial follow-up of ongoing and completed product development projects.

You are motivated to contribute to ScanBox's continued growth journey and have a special talent for making complex information easy to understand – both visually and pedagogically. In addition to the above, we wish for the following experience and competence:

• Academic degree - economics, finance, or industrial economics.
• Experience from an auditing firm, management consulting, and/or Business Controller in a small/medium-sized company with overall responsibility.
• Preferably experience from the manufacturing industry, international environment.
• Desirable knowledge: BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.

Full-time, permanent. Start immediately by agreement. The role reports to the CEO.

Olofström, with the possibility of some remote work.
