Business Developer for Social and Functional Support Administration

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a business developer in the Social and Functional Support Administration, you will work with strategic issues on behalf of the management and board. This may involve coordinating investigations, preparing consultation responses, investigating Lex Sarah, and leading projects based on our assignments. The coordinating aspects will take place both in collaboration with other functions within the administration and with other functions in the municipality. The new social services law increases the need to coordinate processes, communication, and structure to meet societal needs - where you will be an important player.

The temporary position extends until December 31, 2026. The assignment includes both driving and leading improvement efforts and providing methodological support in ongoing process work. The position is organized under the department of innovation, quality, and analysis, which works with various areas of responsibility.

As part of the development and quality work, you will leverage digitalization where possible and value-creating.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a relevant academic degree or higher education at an equivalent level, as well as good knowledge of social services.

It is an advantage if you have documented experience in project management, change management, and quality and development work.

As a person, you are analytical, accustomed to working towards set goals, and have the ability to combine operational work with strategic thinking. You need to have a drive and commitment that enables you to find new solutions and translate them into usable methods.

The work requires good collaboration skills and flexibility, and we are therefore looking for someone who is unpretentious, service-oriented, and social. You inspire others and are good at building relationships and networks. You communicate easily at all levels, both verbally and in writing, and have good computer skills.
