As a technical communicator, you will work on creating and updating operator instructions, primarily in PowerPoint, based on clearly defined templates and systems. The work is done in close collaboration with various stakeholders and encompasses the entire process – from gathering materials (interviews, photography, image and text handling, etc.) to reviewing and approving relevant expertise.

You will, among other things:

• Create, write, and present information for different target groups
• Conduct data collection through interviews, photography, and text editing
• Analyze and develop content to ensure readability and understanding
• Use your language skills to convey technical information clearly and accessibly

We are looking for someone who is a structured and communicative person, who enjoys independent work while also having the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally. We prefer that you have previously worked as a technical communicator in the industry, and it is advantageous if you have knowledge of the Machinery Directive and machine safety. To fit in the role, we see that you have good knowledge of the MS Office suite – especially PowerPoint, which will be one of your main tools in the role.

• End date: October 2026, with good chances of extension with the client
• Scope: Full-time, 100% on-site in Karlskrona
