JOB DESCRIPTION

As a payroll consultant in Ronneby municipality, you will be offered a varied job in the payroll area, where you will have the opportunity to work in a qualified and independent role while working closely with your colleagues in the unit. As a payroll consultant, you will primarily work with:

• Support and guidance to the operations in payroll and system issues.
• Manage employment and requests for certificates and other documents.
• Check and ensure correct payroll information.
• Support and relieve colleagues in daily payroll work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are primarily looking for someone who has completed or is currently pursuing a YH education to become a payroll specialist, but other equivalent education in HR and payroll is also acceptable. Previous experience in payroll administration or other relevant work within municipal operations is a significant advantage.

As a person, you collaborate smoothly with others, have an unpretentious attitude, and actively contribute to a pleasant and supportive work environment. You are professional, engaged, and welcoming, and communicate and convey information clearly and pedagogically, both verbally and in writing. You are administratively skilled, meticulous, and structured, with an ease for planning and prioritizing your tasks.

You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good digital skills. You are curious about new digital solutions and are eager to use digital tools to streamline and improve your work.
