HR Business Partner for Consulting Assignment at Roxtec

Do you want to help create the future of Roxtec? We are now looking for an HR Business Partner for a consulting assignment at Roxtec in Karlskrona. The assignment is a temporary position for about 1 year starting in March 2026. Examples of Responsibilities:

• Provide support and act as a sounding board for managers on HR issues.
• Participate in driving recruitment processes and be responsible for the administration and follow-up of consultants.
• Drive parts of our onboarding process for new employees.
• Develop our student relations and represent Roxtec at fairs and other external activities.
• Participate in change management and development projects within HR.

We believe you have:

• A relevant university degree in HR, human resources, or similar.
• Some experience in HR work, e.g., through internships, part-time jobs, or previous positions.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
• An interest in working in an international environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is self-driven but enjoys collaborating.
• Has a structured approach and a genuine interest in people.
• Is curious, unpretentious, and willing to challenge - with care.

The position is located at Roxtec's headquarters in Karlskrona, and you will be employed as a consultant through Jefferson Wells.
