RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities as an administrator will be to work in our customer service, where you will handle both phone and email contact with our customers daily. Your tasks will also include reading and interpreting bank giro files and working with accounts receivable. Additionally, there may be tasks related to system maintenance in our customer invoicing system. You will also work with the software Geosecma and Adoxa.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

• High school education in economics or another education that the employer deems equivalent
• Experience in customer support/service
• Good computer skills
• Familiarity with customer systems, accounts receivable such as handling invoicing, payments, refunds, and debt collection
• Experience with customer invoicing systems Future, Geosecma, booking system Adoxa, and telephone system Puzzel
• Experience with MS Office
