H & S Coordinator
Do you have a basic understanding of occupational health and safety legislation and systematic work environment management – or a strong desire to develop in this area? Then you might be the one we are looking for to help create a safe, secure, and sustainable work environment in our organization.
About the Company
TitanX is a global partner to manufacturers of commercial vehicles in thermal management. Our mission is to deliver innovative and competitive solutions for thermal management that contribute to the transition to greener transportation.
On the way to a more sustainable future, supported by our owner Tata AutoComp Systems, we are expanding our product portfolio in thermal management to offer innovative solutions for cleaner and electrified transportation. At the same time, we apply our high-performance heat transfer technology in other segments such as off-road and industrial applications.
At TitanX, every employee counts – everyone is expected to make a difference, contribute innovative ideas, and create value for the company. Our decision-making paths are short; we act quickly and take responsibility for results. We are a global team and achieve better results together.
We are now looking for an H & S Coordinator to complement our team. In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Wikan Personal.
Your Responsibilities
As an H & S Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and developing our systematic work environment management (SAM) and contributing to a safe and compliant workplace. You will work closely with managers, employees, and safety representatives and have a clear presence in production.
You will follow up on the SAM wheel, support risk assessments, and coordinate reporting and investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses. The role also involves planning and following up on safety rounds, work environment committees, safety meetings, training, and medical controls.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for following up on actions from audits and serve as an internal auditor and contact person during external ISO audits. You will collaborate with external parties as needed and have the authority to stop work in cases of immediate risk to health and safety.
Your Background/Your Qualities
We are looking for someone with education in occupational health and safety, security, engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Experience from manufacturing or industrial environments and previous experience as an internal auditor of ISO 14001 and 45001 is advantageous but not required. You have a basic understanding of occupational health and safety legislation and systematic work environment management – or a strong desire to develop in this area. You enjoy working in a structured manner and have the ability to manage routines, documentation, and follow-up in a careful and methodical way.
To succeed in this role, we see that you:
- Are communicative and express yourself well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
- Are present, unpretentious, and have an easy time building trust within the organization.
- Are proactive, attentive to risks, and engaged in daily operations.
- Have integrity and the courage to raise safety issues and contribute to a positive and sustainable safety culture.
You are a team player who wants to make a difference – both in daily work and in long-term improvement efforts.
We Offer You
We describe our work environment as international, developing, multicultural, fast-paced, and dynamic. We encourage international mobility within the TitanX group. Our medium-sized but global organization offers the opportunity for significant engagement and broad exposure – a workplace where you can truly make a difference.

The position is full-time and based at our facility in Mjällby. It is a permanent position with a six-month probation period. Start date is according to agreement.
