About the job

As a Customer Advisor in Private Insurance, you will be responsible for offering our customers in the private market the best insurance solutions based on their needs. You will use your skills in sales and customer service in a varied and inspiring job where you meet customers mainly through digital channels such as chat and secure messages, but also through personal meetings.

You will work alongside 16 wonderful colleagues in your department but also in close collaboration with colleagues from banking and life insurance. Together, you will create customer experiences for today and the future, focusing on proactivity and sales.

We would like you to have a university degree in economics/insurance, and/or experience in sales/service. Previous experience in the insurance industry or working with claims handling is a plus.
