Personnel Officer for Training Battalion Amf 4
At Älvsborg Amphibious Regiment in Gothenburg, we operate where land meets sea and form an important link between the army and naval forces.
As a re-established regiment with garrison responsibility, we are growing and in need of more competent employees who will continue to develop the unit for its important task: Defending Sweden's archipelago areas and protecting our routes into Scandinavia's largest port to safeguard Sweden's strategic imports. Main Responsibilities
You will be part of the training battalion's staff in the role of personnel officer.
As a personnel officer, you have a crucial role where you are a fundamental prerequisite for the extensive growth journey we are on. We value community, work-life balance, and good health. The staff working in the training battalion are primarily military. As a personnel officer, you are responsible for personnel services.
- Documentation for PFN
- Planning and collaboration with combat units regarding staffing of the Training Battalion
- War placement of personnel
- Instructor reinforcements within the Armed Forces
- Reserve officers
You should also be prepared to work as a general staff member outside your regular area of responsibility.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Swedish citizen
- Driving license B
- Employed specialist officer within FM (SO6-7), or OF1
- Meets the Armed Forces' physical requirements (FM FysS)
DESIRABLE
- Previous position as a manager with personnel responsibility.
- Previous training in and experience of personnel services.
Personal Qualities

You are used to working both individually and in groups. You are motivated to develop our employees, are flexible, and can quickly adapt to new conditions. You can express yourself well in both speech and writing.

Employment form: Full-time 100% permanent employment according to the officer ordinance. Individual salary setting applies. Employment begins with a 6-month probationary period for new hires.
Work location: Gothenburg (business trips as well as evening and weekend duties may occur)
Tests/interviews will be conducted as needed
