We are now looking for a Customer Administrator to join our Service Center team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a customer administrator, you will be part of Gästrike Vatten's Service Center where service is the focus. We are looking for someone who is ready for a flexible and challenging job that consists of many complex questions and tasks.

You will communicate with our customers and ensure correct information and guidance on a wide range of issues. The role is varied, and in addition to traditional customer service tasks, you are expected to actively participate in the unit's development work.

Your main tasks will include handling customer support cases via phone and email, as well as customer visits. You will take responsibility for the case from start to finish, with the help of your colleagues. You will find the answers and convey them to the customer in a professional and trustworthy manner.

Other tasks include:

  • Invoicing and claims management
  • Internal administrative work
  • Handling and registration of internal and external mail
  • Participating in internal and external meetings/events where you represent the Service Center.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with work experience, primarily in customer service or service roles where you are used to many customer contacts. You have good administrative and communication skills and can express yourself well in both speech and writing. You should enjoy working with customers with Gästrike Vatten's mission in focus. You are self-driven, take your own initiatives, and can empathize with the customer's needs by actively listening.

You have a valid driver's license (B) since customer visits and participation in events in our 5 owner municipalities may be part of the job.

We prefer candidates with experience from a CRM system and previous work in public services, and it is an advantage if you also have experience in the water sector. Experience in invoicing and claims management is also beneficial.

As a person, you enjoy working in a team while being able to perform your tasks independently. You carry out your tasks in a structured manner and can quickly familiarize yourself with new areas and communicate clearly and effectively both in writing and verbally.

We place great importance on your personality and see that you are service-oriented, communicative, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
