Citysälj is one of Sweden's leading companies in telemarketing and customer service with over 20 years of experience, founded in 2004. We specialize in sales, customer service, member recruitment, and appointment booking. Our clients include some of Sweden's largest brands – but in this role, it is Citysälj's brand that you will represent.

Your task will be to establish new collaborations with Swedish companies that need effective solutions for telemarketing and customer service, ranging from medium-sized companies to publicly traded corporations.

With offices in Borås and Västerås and strong teams of experienced salespeople and customer service representatives, we offer high quality, stability, and long-term relationships.

About the role

As a Senior Business Developer, you will be a key person in our continued expansion. You will work closely with the CEO and be responsible for driving the entire business – from the first contact to closing the deal and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The role requires you to be comfortable in meetings with decision-makers at the management level and to represent Citysälj in a professional and businesslike manner.

Your responsibilities include:

- Identifying and mapping new business opportunities within telemarketing and customer service

- Booking and leading customer meetings, both digitally and physically, often at the management level

- Presenting Citysälj's offerings in a convincing and trustworthy manner

- Drafting proposals, driving negotiations, and writing contracts

- Being responsible for customer relations and methods, and handing over to our production leaders who ensure delivery

We are looking for someone who has:

- At least 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales

- Documented experience in proactive sales, proposal work, and negotiation

- Preferably a background in telemarketing, customer service, or other service sales (experience in the staffing industry is a plus)

- Personal qualities: driven, self-sufficient, business-oriented, structured, and skilled at building long-term relationships

We offer:

- Fixed salary of 30,000–35,000 SEK/month depending on experience

- Generous commission between 5,000 and 35,000 SEK/month. You will receive ongoing commissions on the projects you sell and where you are responsible for customer relations and methods. This means you will gradually build up your own customer base that grows over time and provides stable income

- A realistic target salary of 45,000–55,000 SEK/month with the potential to reach higher levels

- Occupational pension and attractive conditions

We are located in Citysälj's central offices in Borås. The role involves regular travel to Stockholm and surrounding areas.
