ABOUT THE ROLE

As a recruiter with us at Framtiden, you will help individuals find their dream job and companies find their next colleague! You will have a varied everyday life where you are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from requirement profile meetings with clients, advertising and searching to interviews and contract signing. Here, you will work with a range of companies in a varied recruitment role.

The role includes advising our clients, candidates, and consultants to ensure a professional recruitment process. We care about ensuring that our candidates, consultants, and clients are satisfied with what we deliver!

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who loves working towards set goals and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy structuring and driving your own processes while working with freedom under responsibility. It is also important for you to work closely with your colleagues to bounce ideas, exchange knowledge, and have fun at work together! We will place great emphasis on personal qualities in this recruitment process.

Requirements for the role:

• Relevant post-secondary education in HR/Recruitment/Economics/Psychology (or equivalent) or relevant work experience
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form
• Driving license B

It is an extra plus if you also have:

• Experience in sales
• Experience in the recruitment and staffing industry
• Experience in recruitment specifically within IT/Technology

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Our recruitment process will consist of the following steps:

• Phone interview
• Personality and logic test
• Competency-based interview with a recruiter
• Reference check
• Interview with the hiring manager

TERMS

Extent: Full-time, temporary position for 6 months from March to September
Start: By agreement, preferably March/April
Location: Gothenburg
