Job Description

The position is part of the rental business at NearYou. This means you will be employed by NearYou but work at one of our clients. The position is a part-time job where the need varies. As a customer service representative, your main tasks will be to assist customers in the best possible way. The tasks will vary, but you will, among other things:

• Assist customers with various inquiries via phone & case management system
• Receive service requests and schedule appointments

We are looking for someone who enjoys customer service and has excellent communication skills, is digital, service-oriented, and flexible.

Qualifications

To be considered, we emphasize the requirement for flexibility. We may have needs with short notice, and we prefer that you have a schedule that allows for flexibility. You are well-versed in the digital world and find it easy to work in systems, and you have good knowledge of the Office suite.

We are looking for meticulous and service-oriented individuals who have the ability to “see, give, and smile.” You perform excellently in both high and low work tempos and have good communication skills in both Swedish and English. If you also have an interest in customer contact and administration, it is a strong merit. Personal suitability is of great importance.
