About the position

Perido is looking for an HR administrator for our client, a large and well-known company in the automotive industry. The position is located in Lundby, Gothenburg. You will be part of a team responsible for the ongoing HR administration for the organization's employees. The work is system-oriented and detail-focused, with clear processes and continuous improvement efforts.

Your main responsibilities:

• validate, analyze, and register employee data
• ensure that the correct salary is paid on time
• manage hiring, terminations, contracts, and extensions
• work with absence, illness, pensions, insurance, and history
• ensure that systems and processes are interconnected and functioning

Your qualities

To succeed in this role, you need to be meticulous, structured, and have a genuine interest in administration. You enjoy working closely with systems and have an easy time analyzing information, seeing connections, and ensuring that data, numbers, and processes are correct. The role requires you to be responsible and quality-conscious, with a natural inclination to follow routines while also identifying opportunities for improvement. You are service-oriented, have good collaboration skills, and feel comfortable working both independently and in a team. At the same time, you are persistent and thrive in a high-volume environment where precision and consistency are crucial for the organization to function.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in HR administration
• Experience with HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar is a big plus)
• Analytical and able to interpret, structure, and ensure the quality of information
• Enjoys continuous improvement and LEAN thinking
• Comfortable with both Swedish and English

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2026-06-30, with the possibility of extension. Start date 2026-02-16.
