About the Job

We are looking for an employee to work with service and administration for our bank customers. This occurs via phone, our digital channels, and when customers visit our office. You will work with sales and advisory services within private banking as well as daily handling of cases related to businesses and agriculture. The role also includes being 'back office support' for private advisors within the bank. Your responsibilities will include working with customer knowledge issues and preventing money laundering, which means you will investigate and follow up on any discrepancies that may arise.

Who are you?

We are looking for a new employee with a degree in economics at the university level or post-secondary level. It is an advantage if you have experience in banking and have previously worked with service and sales. As a person, you are outgoing and engaged.
