We are now looking for a Site Manager for Partille Skog & Trädgård – a key role for those who want to combine leadership, business acumen, and customer focus in an established specialty store within forestry and gardening.

As a site manager, you will have overall responsibility for the business and lead the daily operations with a focus on profitability, structure, and development. You will work closely with the owner and chain management within Outdoorgruppen / QC Trädgårdsexperten and have a great opportunity to influence the store's continued growth and local position.

Your main areas of responsibility

Business and results

• Overall responsibility for the store's turnover, gross margin, and costs
• Involved in budget, forecast, and follow-up work together with the board
• Ensure good inventory turnover and accurate stock

Leadership and staff

• Lead, coach, and develop employees in the business
• Responsible for staffing, scheduling, and work environment
• Ensure high product knowledge, clear working methods, and compliance with procedures
• Conduct employee interviews and contribute to a positive and business-driven culture

Operations and structure

• Ensure order, safety, and structure in the store, warehouse, and workshop
• Contribute to compliance with laws, regulations, and industry requirements (work environment, environment, chemicals, batteries, etc.)
• Responsible for the correct handling of cash systems, business systems, and reporting

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in a leadership role within retail or service-oriented specialty trade
• Documented experience in sales and results responsibility
• Experience in leading and developing staff
• Good business understanding and accustomed to working with key figures

It is an advantage if you have:

• A background in forestry, gardening, motors, machinery, or technical products
• Experience from chain-driven trade
