Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with customer quotes containing prices, products, and texts across all our product categories. These mainly include office supplies, cleaning and hygiene products, school supplies, hobby and play materials, work clothes, protective equipment, computer accessories, promotional materials, and printed materials.

As a Bid Specialist, you will be part of our well-established Bid Department and responsible for the entire bidding process, creating winning bids for both the public sector and corporate clients. This will be done in collaboration with the responsible salesperson and other departments that assist with information to support your structured approach and project management.

To thrive and succeed as a Bid Specialist, we are looking for someone who has one or more of the following experiences:

Requirements:

• In this recruitment, it is a requirement to have experience in one of our product areas, preferably within office supplies or cleaning and hygiene products, or experience in bidding/procurement work with products.
• You have excellent written and verbal skills in the Swedish language with a strong ability to both read information and write texts yourself, as well as engage in dialogues with other departments within the company.

Meritorious:

• It is a significant advantage to have worked with sales organizations.
• It is a significant advantage to be familiar with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• It is an advantage to have knowledge of and experience with public sector procurement.
• It is an advantage to have experience with sales texts in copywriting or similar work.
• It is an advantage to have work experience, or equivalent academic degree, in areas such as purchasing, sales, finance, procurement, or administration within the industry.
• It is an advantage if you can communicate well in English both written and verbally.

Your most prominent personal qualities are that you are analytical, efficient, and meticulous with a strong will and positive attitude in all situations. You enjoy collaborating and are used to working towards deadlines.

We believe that you are currently or have previously worked in roles similar to the following and have built up relevant product and supplier knowledge over time and enjoy and want to develop the strategic part of the work:

• Bid work or procurement work.
• Purchasing assistant or buyer.
• Sales or customer care.
• Customer service, coordinator, sales support, or similar work, and have built up relevant product knowledge over a longer period.
