Today, the company consists of about 200 employees in the Swedish market, and the finance team is based in Gothenburg. They are now looking for a long-term colleague to the team who wants to grow with them and take an important role in their continued success journey.

About the role

Here you will join a close-knit team where collaboration and helpfulness are of great importance, and everyone supports each other where needed. In this role, you will have opportunities to grow into the role and its responsibilities, as well as to influence and develop ideas and initiatives. You will work broadly with the entire accounting flow, from start to finish, and for those with the right drive and attitude, there is the opportunity to transition to the role of accounting manager.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Ongoing bookkeeping and accounting
  • Accounts receivable and payable
  • Year-end closing
  • Reconciliations and performance follow-ups
  • Tax, VAT, and periodic summaries
  • Payroll bookkeeping (external payroll partner handles salaries)
  • Liquidity analyses and payments
  • Order management, invoicing, and reminders
  • Personnel administration as needed

In this role, you will have a lot of contact with the business and play a key role in collaboration with customers, partners, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Experience in qualified accounting
  • Experience in independent work with monthly closings
  • System savvy and want to work in a fully digitalized environment.
  • Confidence in the entire financial flow
  • Good structure, precision, and problem-solving ability

Meritorious:

  • Experience from entrepreneurial or fast-moving companies
