Hallindens Granit’s operations are based on a family history as solid as granite. Both the quarries and the company have been passed down through generations. Swedish granite represents the highest quality and durability, characteristics that are more in demand than ever. Natural stone is timeless, sustainable, and modern – with quality that lasts for generations. We sell and deliver both raw materials in the form of natural stone blocks and sawn slabs, as well as processed products for outdoor and indoor use, to customers all over the world.
We are based in Skarstad, Hallinden, where we have quarries, headquarters, and production facilities. In addition to Skarstad, we operate six more quarries in Bohuslän, Småland, and Halland. Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, confident, and relationship-oriented salesperson who wants to help further develop our sales. You work independently and naturally take ownership of relationships and deals. The role requires the ability to see the big picture and a genuine desire to build long-term customer relationships. The position is primarily focused on the Swedish market but may also include sales to customers in other countries.
Your main responsibilities:
– Build long-term relationships with customers across various segments.
– Drive the entire business process, from initial contact to closure, including follow-up and customer satisfaction.
– Work strategically to strengthen the company’s position in the market.
– Identify business opportunities and analyze market developments.
– Independently plan, structure, and prioritize customer visits and activities.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with solid sales experience – preferably within stone or a similar, technically oriented industry.
To succeed in this role, you need to have:
– A strong drive and the ability to create genuine, long-term business relationships.
– A natural ability to read people, build trust, and navigate between different decision-makers.
– A structured, solution-oriented, and businesslike working style with a clear focus on results.
– A valid driver’s license (B).
– Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus).
– Good computer skills, especially in Excel and other Office applications. Experience with Pyramid or similar business systems is an advantage.
– Experience in project sales is an advantage.
Most importantly, you are a person who exudes professionalism and trust.

The position is full-time and permanent. You will primarily work from our headquarters during regular office hours, Monday to Friday, and travel may occur.
